Opening the release is That Rave Ting, a contemporary Drum & Bass production inspired by the energy, attitude and spirit of the original UK rave scene, blending classic old skool influences with a fresh, modern production. Completing the release is That Carnival Ting, taking inspiration from the unmistakable atmosphere and sound system culture of London's world-famous Notting Hill Carnival. Released ahead of this year's Carnival celebrations, the track arrives at the perfect time and is set to become a favourite with DJs and sound systems throughout the Carnival season. Together, the two tracks celebrate the enduring influence of rave and Carnival on British dance music culture while showcasing Dawn Raid's contemporary take on these iconic musical movements.
